Working out is meant to be FUN! It's like playtime when you were a child. Not everyone is made to workout the same way.
If you're on a treadmill & feel like you can go on forever & love that buzz you get from it that is one of YOUR ways... But if you're like me & have a fight with the treadmill everytime you get on it, GET OFF & go try something else that makes you feel as good & you'll want to go back for more. It's about adapting a healthy lifestyle to suit you, not just a quick short term fix.
